I welcome all the future budding managers to Department of Management Studies of RayatBahra Institute of Management. We at the department provide holistic learning environment that focuses on the overall grooming of the students. The department currently runs AICTE approved full-time MBA program of two years affiliated to IKGPTU in various fields like Finance, Marketing, HR & MIS and BBA program of three years affiliated to IKGPTU.

The department provides a blend of theoretical and practical knowledge that match well with the short term &long term requirements of the industry. The courses are delivered by highly experienced faculty members through the use of modern teaching techniques such as Case Study Method, Seminars, Conferences, Field Visits, Group Projects, Role Playing, Experimental Learning, and Simulated Exercises to give the students an opportunity to learn by doing. The co- cu-curricular and extra-curricular activities and a vibrant campus life with all modern amenities ensure holistic development of student’s personality.

The excellent infrastructure, teaching faculty of the best kind ensuring quality education such as interaction among students, parents and staff, along with a Training and Placement Cell ensures a bright future to the students. Thus we are confident that our students will emerge as assets not only to our institution and to the organization they belong, but also to the country at large.
